is a website that consists of timeshare classified ads
posted by individuals and/or businesses that creates an
online timeshare marketplace where owners and individuals
can contact each other directly to arrange a transaction.
Although TimeshareClassifiedAds.com creates the marketplace
for timeshare transactions to take place, we do not control
the transaction, nor do we charge additional fees or
commissions for transactions. All payment arrangements
should be made between the owner and renter/buyer. We highly
recommend the use of a closing agency (when buying/selling)
or an escrow service (when renting) to help you complete
your transaction and to avoid potential fraud that exists on
the Internet. We have provided links within the full-page
posting of each timeshare classified ad that allows for the
use of either a closing service or an escrow company.
We have also provided these links within the emails that get
sent to the potential buyer/renter and timeshare owner when
an initial contact is made through the website.

possibly buying, renting or exchanging their timeshare,

membership or sign-up process for any potential buyer or
renter to use the TimeshareClassifiedAds.com website. This
increases the number of viewers to the timeshare classified
ads posted throughout the website.
If you want to save a resort for viewing
later, simply click the "Save Resort" link found throughout
the website. All we require is for you to enter your
email address so that we can remember your saved resorts
later. We will never sell or otherwise make your email
address available to any other organization or company. Your
email address is simply used as a way for our website to
remember what resorts you have saved when you come back to
visit at a later time.
